  We came to Pensacola for my son’s wedding while he’s in the Navy, and this place was perfect for our stay. The location was great, and communication with the property manager was excellent from start to finish.
  We did have a small issue with a window, but it was addressed immediately, which we really appreciated. Just a heads-up for future guests — there is a 40-gallon water heater, so you’ll want to space out showers. Once we figured that out, it wasn’t an issue at all.
  The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of towels and everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again! Oh and we arrived early and we were allowed to check in a little early. We sure did appreciate that because we didn’t have to wait around until 4.

  Close to everything! It’s on the smaller side but we were four, two adults, a teen ager and a 10yr old and it was perfect.The property was clean and comfortable! There is a dog park and playground four houses down. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The price was less than two hotel rooms plus you get the comfort of a full kitchen and living/dining room. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to rest your head, save money by cooking your own food, and needing a convenient informal place to convene.

  This had to be the perfect accommodation for me I could wished for. I am a senior and have to walk with a walker at all times. It was very easy for me to get around in the cottage. It was very near my daughter and granddaughter which made it very convenient as well. I would highly recommend it for location as well. It was very near many attractions and restaurants also. It was very clean and the kitchen was one of the most well appointed that I have stayed in.

  The bungalow we rented was wonderful. Beautifully layed out and very well supplied. It was very dog friendly with covers on all the furniture a fully fenced yard and a dog park across the street. I loved the colors, style and art in the house.
