This cozy 1 bed, 1 bath cottage is located in a quiet mixed-use neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the popular Gulf Breeze Zoo. You'll be spoiled for choice with nearby restaurants, shops, gyms, and plenty of things to do. Plus, you're just 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes from Navarre Beach.

Step inside and you'll be greeted with a tastefully tropical interior that provides the perfect mix of modern and cozy décor. The space features a comfortable living room and kitchen, with enough room for 2 adults in the one bedroom. But wait, there's more! There's also a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 more guests, making it a great option for couples, friends, or even a small family.

Outside, you'll find a large yard that's partly fenced in, perfect for your furry friends to roam around in. And if you're bringing your boat or RV/camper, no worries! There's enough room to park them and electricity/water for your camper is also accessible. Plus, there's laundry facilities in the home, so you can pack light and freshen up your clothes anytime.

  It was a very cute house it needs a little bit of work and the bed in the bed room is not a queen it's definitely a full sized bed but it was super comfortable! The house is in a GREAT location 20 minutes from Navarre Beach and 30 minutes from Pensacola beaches! The house sits in a circle community and the Gulf breeze zoo is right across the highway! The customer service was great They responded within a decent amount of time. They were very polite and respectful plus It had the perfect sized fenced yard for my mini dachshund. I would definitely stay again!

  We traveled with a family of four and two dogs. The location was great for us, and we loved going to Navarre beach -it was beautiful! The house is definitely an efficiency sized house but we lived it and will be back, and since it has a spot...maybe with a camper in tow with friends!! The kitchen was good, had and electric countertop stove which worked for what we cooked (no oven). Pups loved the little front yard and kids enjoyed being able to watch their streaming channels. We drove from Pensacola beach to Destin and nothing was over about a 45 min drive for us. Definitely recommend for small family!
